"Welcome to Velaris, the City of Starlight."
 
This labor of love has finally come to fruition.  It is a heavenly mixture of the Sea and Jasmine Petals.  My goal is to bring aspects of this beloved series to life through these candles.  This is the first of three in the Night Court Collection.
